Hey guys, I’ve recently quit venlafaxine (the goal was to switch psych meds) and after tapering, I am noting significant improvement in symptoms (will be mentioned below). Wondering if anyone else has or does use venlafaxine/effexor and notice a correlation?

FWIW, I did not notice a correlation until stopping it, I do think I was experience regular brain zaps from it (not from quitting, before I even tried to quit).
