If you've been to either Ischia or Puglia - where would you take 2 toddlers (ages 1 and 3... I know, I know - I hope I don't regret this).

Thinking about Mezzatorre or Borgo Egnazia - both have challenges in terms of getting there from Rome, but I'm hoping it will be relaxing once we're there. Any thoughts? I'm not sure if at Mezzatorre beach access is too hard for this age.
