I had a dream of Will Wood anf he was not too much of an asshole in it

I usually dream about the last things that I thought about that day. So before I went too bed I stupidly went on reddit and I saw a post on this subreddit with a picture of a TikTok account that was a WW hate page that called him several insults.

I read through it and thought 'whatever'.

But when I went to sleep Will Wood was performing in my dream. He joked a bit around on stage and he was quite a funny man.

After the show I followed him to his house and we talked about his large and strange garden that we also stood in? There were many funky plants that he showed me. Then he gave me a tour of his house that was also funky.

He was a bit of a strange guy in my dream and that led for him to come off as a bit rude, but that is all.

I have never dreamt of Will Wood before so I got a good chuckle out of it when I woke up. And I am also quite sure that the hate page was the result of my dream which I find even funnier.

Which conditions or disorders sound similar to my symptoms?

(To be clear, I am not asking for a diagnoses from reddit. Please do not pretend that you can give me one. I am merely seeking for a basis to start searching with towards a diagnoses.)

Here are my symptoms:

- Extreme fatigue and exhaustion that never improves, even with rest or sleep.

- Muscle weakness to the point that I am unable to walk or even move. This weakness continous through out the whole day but worsens to the extreme with triggers.

- Loss of coördination and balance. Also through out the whole day, but it worsens with triggers.

- High need of calorie in take. (Five meals a day are required to feel somewhat okay)

- No weight gain if I eat alot and extreme weight loss if I don't (2 kg a week with no excersise (2-3 meals a day))

- Brain fog (forgetting even thr thought that I had mere seconds ago. Forgetting knowledge or an skill that always came easy to me)

Triggers

- Sleeping too much (7,5±)

- Sleeping too little (7,5-)

- Too much excersise (10 minute bicycle ride)

- Not eating enough

- Not enough oxygen (When I cough for example)

- Heart beating too fast (80+)

- Making a movement too fast (Like spinning in a circle)

If I have three or more triggers at the same time, I will feel as if I am stoned. I will fall, my vision becomes dizzy, I stop being able to interact with my inverement becauseI I am too out of it.

(Compression socks have helped quite a bit, but my symptoms are yet too extreme for it to be okay)

Three months ago, I caught a simple cold. Since then I have been experiencing vague but debilitating symptoms that are stopping me from functioning.

I have discussed this with my GP and neurologist, (I have unexplained chronic migraines/headaches so I have calls with him every few months) but they either do not beliebe me or do not take it seriously and blame it on hormones or stress. (I am a woman)

I have been searching for any label that might seem similar to my experience so I can discuss it with my medical providers in hope that they will take it seriously, but I cannot find anything that even comes close. Some diagnoses have a few of my symptoms, but then lack key symptoms to truly be right. (Such as ME/CVS or POTS)

Thank you for reading, I would love to hear any suggestions!

I have never had a migraine like this, even tough I have chronich headaches/migraines. It has currently been 2 days since the episode started. I have been so nauseaus that i have vomited 20-25 times. The pain is also very severe, 8-10 on the pain scale.

I have called the line for emergency medical issues at 2 am because I was starting to get dehydrated seeing as my stomach couldn't hold a sip of water. And my GP seeing as the pain wont stop. Both didn't believe that I had a migraine or that I was in severe pain. The emergency line said that it was probaly a cold. (I don't have any symptoms of a cold) And my GP said that it was a stress headache, which it is not. Then they insited that I should take paracetamol, and after telling multiple times that this doesn't work she said that she can't help me.

I don't know what to do. I can't take the pain anymore but no one will believe me.

Edit: I went to emergency care. (The ER is reserverd for the people who are in critical condition in my country) and they told me that they couldn't do much else for me then giving me nausuea medication. Nothing for the pain sadly. I will have to 'raw dog' this migraine now.
