I recently got diagnosed with gastroparesis and small bowel dysmotility and am currently in grad school getting my doctorate. I somehow managed the past few months but I’ve been feeling much worse recently despite being on medication that initially worked pretty well. I’m so exhausted and between seeing clients and having class I have little energy for anything else. I can’t vomit, but feel so nauseous and dizzy all the time that I just feel terrible. Has anyone else gotten their doctorate with this condition and if so how do you manage?
