After talking to over 10 agents today none of them were helpful at all, none of them know what’s happening and they’re making stuff up on the spot.
I believe there driver has either stolen my parcel or they lost it which proves how much of a shit delivery service they really are, they can’t even handle a simple parcel they struggle to deliver stuff clearly and their drivers are disgustingly lazy and probably drunk or on some next substance to not be using there eyes to find a simple fucking address and the driver has most likely stolen my parcel and disappeared, NEVER USE YODEL DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!
