Hi all, I've been in Japan for 7.5 years, and thinking about my financial future I'm not sure whether I should stay 10 years or not.
I'm looking for a financial advisor who can tell me whether I should stay in Japan for 10 years then go back home to the US, to collect the Japanese pension when I'm of age back home; or if I should get out before 10 years with whatever percentage + years' worth of refund I'd get and put that money into my American IRA, because the interest is theoretically higher.
I have my own ideas and rough plan, but then I realized I should probably pay a professional for their actually informed advice, so if you know any professional who would see me for an advisement session (in-person or online), I'd be really grateful for their info. (I'm not looking for life advice other than financial, so please no political comments here... please don't give me more anxiety than I already have lol)
