Looking for a last-minute roommate
Hello, we’re a group of 4 looking last-minute for a 5th person to join our lease for an off-campus apartment( 2030 N Pacific Ave)
Place is 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a huge hall, and has a dishwasher, dryer, and a washing machine.
The complex gives access to a pool, 2 parking spots, and private gym + good security.
Total Rent is $4347/month + utilities and the lease would start June 15th (12-month lease that automatically renews)
