So I heard this song I think on a tv channel when I was very little and as I recall I thought it was kinda creepy and I have never been able to locate it based on memory

The video had this thing where electronics like phones would be disrupted by some force and people in this music video would get these red glowing eyes and while this was happening there would be a strange chanting in the chorus that went like “LA LA LAUU LA LAUU LA LAUUU”

That’s all I got but it’s been nagging me most of my adult life that I can’t locate this memory lol..
