Just curious to see If everyone here is from North America. That's my assumption for some reason.

Anyway, I'm about to start Kesimpta in May, and I would like to know what it was like in the beggining for those who use it.
I'm scared for the inmuno supression even thought I got a lot of vaccines before starting. Is it that bad indeed or am I just thinking the worst?
