These were both purchased from Bicester Village Outlet, the blue in August 2025 and Pink in December 2025, they have different tags (blue does hot have QR code) and the blue one feels thinner. They were both listed with a retail price of £145. Are there any difference between them officially?

So I bought a “new without tags” coat and found some paper scraps and old lip balm in the pocket. I initially raised a dispute but the seller convinced me to close case. It is my fault but upon closer inspection I found lots of stains on the coat.

The seller has blocked me. Is there anything I can do now.
