Build A PC for me to play Sims 4 with mods and CC. Also will want to play the next GTA game when it comes out.

New build or upgrade? New build.

Existing parts? The only part I have so far is a Motherboard - MPG Z790 CARBON MAX WIFI II.

PC purpose? Playing sims 4 with mods. Eventually will play GTA 6.

Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) No Monitor needed but will take suggestions because I will eventually upgrade the one I have.

Budget range? Around $1000.

Color/lighting preferences? Not too picky.
