Hey everyone, so i unfortunately let myself go a couple of years ago and have been stuck at ~90kg ever since, and im finally sick of it. I decided i want to start working out but I have 0 idea how to start without any guidance.
I am only 20 years old so i don't have the money for a personal trainer, and i don't personally know anyone that could help me with this situation, I also live in a pretty dead area so the gym barely has anyone in it at any given time, I'm not sure i would have had the confidence to ask random people trying to work out for help anyway...
I don't know how any of those gym machines work and when i should use them. I'm not even trying to get absolutely jacked, I just want to get my body back to a healthy state again.
I guess what I'm asking is if you guys have any tips on how to start and resources on what machines i should use and how to use them... thank you :)
