Almost all the characters have the same issue except for time skip luffy/jimbe/and 1-2 others

Its worse when it comes to bulkier characters like whitebeard

Any solution to this, already tried everything I could like updating the vita/high rendering/vulkan/higher resolution

But nothing seems to be working out at all
