Hey everyone - I’m looking for a part-time video editor to work with me on a consistent, weekly basis.

This role involves editing both personal brand content and UGC videos for clients, so I need someone who’s not just fast, but also understands what performs well on short-form social platforms.

💰 Pay: $1,000/month
⏱ Hours: ~15–20 hours per week
📈 Growth: Pay will increase as the role and workload grow

What You’ll Be Doing

UGC Content:

• Cutting down raw footage into clean, engaging clips
• Adding b-roll based on clear direction
• Occasionally adding simple subtitles/captions

Personal Brand Content:

• Removing dead space and tightening pacing
• Adding engaging edits (zoom-ins, sound effects, text, etc.)
• Helping make content more dynamic and attention-grabbing

What I’m Looking For

• Fast turnaround times (this is important)
• Experience editing for TikTok / Instagram Reels
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and retention
• Creative thinker who can elevate content (not just follow instructions)
• Good communication and reliability

Bonus (Not Required)

• Experience with UGC or creator content
• Motion graphics or more advanced edits
• Familiar with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.

• Ongoing weekly work
• Typical turnaround: 48–72 hours per batch
• Clear direction will be provided, but I value creative input
