I have low ferritin (level is 11) without anemia, and so far doctors have been dismissive and told me not to take iron supplements. Wondering if anyone knows a doctor in this area who understands iron deficiency and takes young women’s fatigue seriously

Our neighbor airbnb is breaking many dc laws and making our lives miserable. We tried reporting them to the DC short term vacation rental hotline, but they never followed up. Is there anywhere else to report it? I don’t want to provide details, but they are not registered and are violating several other dc laws regarding short term rentals
