Longest since a bet in 16 years.

The whole ‘brain rewiring’ is somewhat true but I’d (rather bleakly) compare it to losing a loved one. It gets easier every day that passes, but it’s never gone; it’s always there and you have moments of very difficult moments to get through. You just have to get through those moments, which is the toughest part. It gets easier though.

To all those starting that journey - keep going. It gets easier.
