I got on the app on my phone and it told me I had been logged out. When I tried to log back in, it asked me to us 2-factor, which I did not have set up on my account. My account name is Thefanciestofpants

I made a ticket and said I was afraid I had been hacked. What kind of eta am I looking at for a response? I have had the account for years and I'd hate to lose it now!
