What’s a good enough estimate for when all of the anime is coming out?

I’ve gotten to the point when they’re making sushi, episode 30 I think of season four. Recently I’ve seen a manga volume where senku is floating in the ocean on a life raft, so I’m wondering how much is left to go and if it’s finished yet in the manga.
