I am trying to add a debit card for Instant Pay, but the interface is missing the ZIP code field. The app only displays three fields: card number, expiration date, and CVV. After I enter this information, I receive an error stating my ZIP code is incorrect, yet there is no field available to enter or edit a ZIP code.

I have contacted support four times. Agents keep requesting a screenshot of the payment screen—which is impossible due to security restrictions—and then disconnecting the chat. One agent claimed I 'removed' a payment method, which is inaccurate as I am unable to add one in the first place.
