Has anyone else been prescribed a short term course of prednisone for acne? I’m going on accutane in 2 weeks but in the meantime they have given me prednisone but I can’t see much online about it and the stuff I have seen has made me slightly weary

Hi, so i had my first migraine 3 months ago (hereditary both my mother and grandmother suffer) and didn’t seemed to have anything trigger one since. But since Monday I’ve had one that I cannot shift, for some back story I’m currently in a job i hate, its fully remove, with no support and I’m also currently in a pretty much dead end relationship which I’m trying to work through mentally to work out the best thing to do. My question is does stress trigger anyone else and if so whats the best way to help if you cannot remove the stress factor immediately? I’ve heard of cold caps but I’m a bit sceptical of them working…

So I had my first migraine just after Christmas then I didn’t get another one… until last night. My first one was triggered by perfume but last night I think it was from being excited?? I was speaking to my friend about something we were planning and got excited about it and then 15 minutes later I got the aura and then the migraine and tingles. I’m not sure if my body went into fight or flight from being overly excited and then the fight or flight triggered the migraine, has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?
