I recently got an epson perfection V39 II scanner to make scans of my illustrations for clients/prints. i love the quality of the scan, but unfortunately the bright red/pinks of my work get totally washed out!

was wondering if anyone had recommendations for an art scanner that would keep these colors, but is still reasonably budget friendly? i don't need a large scanbed!
