Looking for an All Inclusive in July (Caribbean)

So my friend and I are looking to book a beachy trip around mid-July. I realize it’s rainy season, so would it be a bad idea to travel at this time? Are there any islands that fare a little better?

I’ve done a few of the Secrets Resorts in Mexico, which I’ve loved, but was hoping to find somewhere that the Sagrassum isn’t so bad. So maybe that level of resort (maybe a notch below too).

My friend has a relative that is a travel agent who recommended Royalton Chic in Antigua. But based on the reviews here, it seemed expensive for what you get.

Any suggestions are welcome!

My cousin and I will be visiting Sicily in a few weeks and then ending our trip in Malta. Unfortunately ferry times didnt work for us, so we are going to fly from Catania to Luqa Airport via RyanAir. We will be flying on Thu, May 28 around 130p.

My cousin wants to get there 90 mins before the flight. I’ve had really bad experiences in Italian airports as far as things not running quickly and efficiently, so I’m thinking it should be more like 2.5 hours. I’ve never been to this airport, so I don’t know how crowded or slow things can be.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Just recently joined this group just to see what others have been doing to improve their sleep.

I was diagnosed with UARS about 10 years ago. I’ve managed to lose 30lbs (which made no difference), could not get adjusted to a cpap. So I’ve just been suffering the last decade with bad sleep.

I started using a wedge pillow last week and my sleep has shockingly improved! Today was the only day where I woke up out of breath and with a massive headache, but I also noticed that when I woke up my body had shifted down so my head was only at the bottom of the wedge, so my upper torso and my head weren’t really at an incline. It’s not the most comfortable to sleep on an incline like that, but I’m hoping with time my body gets adjusted.
