Can you share positive testosterone effects you have had besides libido?
I’ve been on HRT (patch and progesterone pills) for several years. Went through early menopause at 40. Recently I showed too low testosterone and have started a gel about 2 weeks ago. I don’t notice anything different but wondering what it has helped others with besides libido??
Looking for words of encouragement! Menopause is such a rough road. I went through early menopause at 40. Have been on multiple forms of HRT for about 5 years. I find relief after a few months and then I know longer feel good.
This is such a roller coaster and has lasted for years!!! I don’t even know who I am anymore as my moods are always changing, no baseline anymore. I never know what my HRT will bring each day. I fatigued, emotional, can’t handle daily chores anymore. I am frustrating my family. I daydream of bed all day. I just want to be locked in a closet all day to have peace! Why is this soooo brutal for some women????
This is taking away years of my life I want to enjoy! Years!!!
