My (quite effective) fridge cleaner lasagna. We had to use up spare pasta dough, braised pork shoulder ragu, half a gallon of milk, grana padana, mozzarella, and a Mexican cheese blend (sue me) and what better to make with that than a lasagna.

I mixed some leftover smoked Gouda, havarti, and velveeta into the leftover béchamel and made Mac and cheese.
