Success with less than 120 hours of Progesterone exposure?

Looking for success stories from anyone who had less than 120hrs of progesterone exposure.
Searched Reddit and seen a lot of posts about people who’ve had OVER 120hrs but not many under!
I just started PIO last night for my transfer on Friday. My clinic told me to do the shot between 7-10pm, so as I was out for the evening I did it when I got back at 10pm.
I’ve since seen posts/info that state the exposure time should be 120 hours. Despite ChatGPT telling me “The evidence does not support the idea that your cycle becomes “ruined” because you are 6–10 hours off some mythical perfect timestamp” 😂 which I totally get but I STILL can’t help worrying.
Seems like business as usual for my clinic. They told me they haven’t scheduled the transfer times for Friday yet and will do that on Wednesday (I guess after bloodwork is done tomorrow). From what I’ve heard, it will be some time in the afternoon. If it’s at 12pm I’ll have had 110 hours of exposure, if it’s at 5pm I’ll have had 115. No doubt that this is their process for everyone they treat.
I can’t believe how overwrought I’m getting about this when intellectually I know I could’ve only added 3 hours if I’d stuck to their instructions and done it at 7pm, the beginning of the window.
