



I made it to Onederland! Before and after pictures are a year apart April 2025 - April 2026. I started Tirzepatide in November 2025 with a Black Friday sale, scale pictures 11/13/25-5/5/26.
I am Male 36 years old 6’1” height. I started on 2.5mg for 4 weeks and I’ve been at 5mg the remainder of the time. I’m sure I could increase my dose but I don’t feel it’s necessary, I try to hit around 2000-2200 calories daily 200g of protein. It’s important to me to NOT lose muscle mass. I am on TRT through a clinic but they are clinical levels not supraphysiological levels. I will note that although performance in the gym was getting better with that my weight was not going straight down and that’s where “low dose Tirzepatide” made sense for me. I did have about a 2 week period where i ran out and seriously like 7 pounds of water weight/inflammation came rushing back.
I think it’s important for others to know Tirzepatide is a great tool, not a cure all! I track all my food, I track all my workouts. I try for 3 gym workouts per week but sometimes life is busy. 10,000 steps daily (treadmill at home helps tremendously).
