Losing sleep/increased meds dose due to work

I'm recently employed full time in one location after working as a sub teaching assistant as needed and moving around to different schools. The stress of being given more work (good sign of job stability) and observing office politics led me to lose some sleep and ask for a dose increase of Olanzapine. I've asked for support with one student whose needs outweigh my experience. Asking your opinion of whether you've been in a similar stressful work environment and whether you stuck it out or whether you moved on to other work? It is reassuring to have coworkers again after previous work was very nomadic so I'm hesistant to change work setting again. Thank you in advance.

I hope I'm breaking the cycle by being a sober stable parent for my child, but she is showing signs of being an addict -- four bottles of the same perfume brand is what I just realized she has. Is this just harmless collecting in childhood? Is there anything else I can do to try to ensure she doesn't repeat my behavior? I have four years continuous sobriety in AA and a year of white knuckle sobriety before AA. Thank you in advance I'm sort of panicking.

And i'm trying to understand if it is just fear holding me back from dressing for new slimmer build. I'm almost afraid to spend money on clothes for thinner me bc i'm so afraid I'll go back to 200 pounds. Anyone have similar experience?
