Hello, I am looking for 1 or 2 girls to sublease furnished bedrooms in my 3 bed / 2 bath apartment this summer.
The apartment is fully furnished with in unit washer and dryer. It is very close to the engineering quad and campus. Both rooms can be rented separately, I have another roommate looking to sublease her room as well. However, if you would only like 1 bedroom you would have mine. If only 1 room is rented, you would have your own bathroom. If both rooms are rented, the 2 of you would share the bathroom. The third roommate is staying in the apartment however she does have her own bathroom and is very friendly/respectful. Leasing office with amenities is 2 blocks away. Utilities will be split with the roommate living there, we usually just Zelle her for the month.
