My zuma im trying to get running was left underwater and i repaired it with a new upper end new reeds and got all the rust out of the crank. It will start now but when i sit on it and go to throttle it dies out. And no its not a jetting issue ive tried 3 carbs and TONS of jets im thinking the crank seals under load just suck in outside air and it stalls out. Am i correct and do i need to replace them ( flywheel isint off yet ill update post when its off and i have the pic)
