I really hate my side profile. I was considering rhinoplasty but at three different jobs, when I’ve mentioned wanting my nose done, people have said ‘really? I’d have thought you’d want your jaw done.’
Over time I’ve realised that candid photos of me from the side clearly show my chin is very weak and my neck lacks definition.
This has led me to research jaw surgery, and I think it could make my nose look smaller proportionally. I also have strong nasolabial folds and downturned lips that I think it might help with. I also dislike my neck skin - a doctor told me there’s not much fat there, just excess skin, so lipo wouldn’t work.
I doubt I’d qualify on the NHS as my issues aren’t severe enough functionally. So given how invasive and expensive DJS is, I’m wondering - if I was already considering rhinoplasty and a lower face lift, is double jaw surgery actually the smarter single investment?
Looking for honest opinions and experiences please.
