I purchased the Shresth batch 2.0 Gate CSE + placement+ PSU)from physics wallah and at that time Khazana was included in the batch recently i extended the validity by paying around rs.5000 but now Khazana is no longer showing in my account

I noticed this quite late because I was busy during that period so I didn’t check properly after the extension. Now I'm confused about what happened

has anyone faced the same issue ? Is there any way to get Khazana back or contact PW support for this ?
