I've been using RLT and IR and have found these things appearing.

Fitzpatrick 2 using the Mito red light

Ive read some people here saying not to use infrared on the face?

Will this clear up if I give it a rest?

Also had my lips getting abut dried out and chapped.

Assuming this is just to much power to get these effects.
