I’m adding on to my home. Turning the current primary bedroom into an office/flex space, the current primary bath into a laundry room and then adding on a new primary suite with hopefully some extra storage added in somewhere. My space is limited going to the right in these photos so I don’t have anymore than what is currently drawn. I can go 15’ or so farther down and if I go any farther to the left I lose a window. Two layout options attached.

I am not dead set on anything in these I just would like a larger bathroom with a toilet room and plenty of closet space. Open to any and all ideas!!
