We are buying a 3 acre lot soon. It has an existing mobile home, the power pole with 200 amp, working septic and working well. We know the seller. The mobile home is not tied to the sellers existing loan. The loan is only on the land. The mobile home has been sold and should be gone in 2 to 3 weeks. Septic and well have been tested and they are good. What are some costs that I should expect and any estimates for costs outside of the typical delivery. Dealer covers delivery and set up. Will be using FHA loan. Home will be 120 to 140k.
