Can the internet help me found out this?

Im searching an animation and its hard to be found, I saw this animation a long ago, maybe in 2012-2014.

The animation telling the story about man and a frog driving a car on the hills, after that police came out in the back chasing the man.

As i remember, this was a 3D musical animation. Because the frog beeping in a rhyme.

The chase ended by the frog spit out a chocochip and the police shooting a bazooka to them.
