Route inspection chaos
My office is going through route inspections right now and what I heard that they already decided which routes they will take based on data because of ofcourse fast carriers have been logging out earlier that 8 hours whole past year. now I am not very higher on seniority as regular and I guess with the information I am getting, more routes will be eliminated than left to bid on. So if whole office goes to rebid, can I bid on more than one route? also what happens to regulars who have nothing left to bid on. I already hear lot of yelling during inspections and of course they will find reason to add on routes. It’s just so stressful at this point, why do we have so many ptf and cca if there is no work. I heard from senior carriers that routes demolished will never be recovered. Does anyone know what we are looking after inspections.
