Pata hai aaj kya hua…toh aaj I felt like companionship is probably the best blessing by God and how lucky one is to get a good companion.
Me and my girlfriend (both 21) have been dating for almost 1.5 years now and I am so in love with each other, not in a childish way but like in a “figuring out the future together” kind of a way. Like we’re ready to wait for each other no matter where the world takes us.
Hamari love story mein toh todi complications bhi hai because my parents don’t want me to date anyone because they think I’ll get distracted and they’ll do anything for an arranged marriage in the future. But unko pata hi nhi ki mai Aisa hone hi nhi dunga. On the other side, her mother loves me, she is always on my side and treats me like her own son
I really want to marry my girlfriend. We even had a “mock” marriage on 12th July where I made a paper crown and a paper ring for her and even wrote my vows to me. We’ll be celebrating our 2nd mock marriage anniversary soon. Hoping to turn these mock anniversaries into our real anniversaries.
Ngl she has been a blessing for me and I really love her soo much. No matter where the world takes us, we will probably find a way back to each other.
We think of our relationship as a fortress, like how 2 people are building this HUGE Mansion by building the strongest foundation ever (in the dating phase) and then laying every brick together and fixing all the cracks as the days go by (once our families get involved and we marry each other) and once the mansion is fully built, the world will be awestruck ki “ye log Abhi bhi saath hai”, “kuch toh baat hai Inme”
And yes it is true that companionship is the greatest gift of god. I still have a whole book to write and I don’t even know how to pen it down 🥹
