My brand new Cort KX700 Evertune arrived today. I tried setting it up and when I tried to get the G string into zone 2 and the string snapped. I look at the saddle and see that it's way further back than the others. I watched Ola's video titled "Evertune - Stuck Saddle Troubleshooting" but I still can't get the saddle to move. What's wrong? Maybe I broke it but I don't think so; the intonation screw for the G string was already super loose and misaligned (see photo) when I unboxed the guitar so I think it was already faulty before I did anything. I can't send the guitar back because the shop I bought it from is kinda shady though. I'm actually surprised it arrived in the first place.
