My S30 randomly decided to not have any water flow from the tank to the actual mop so the vacuum itself doesn’t work. It just stays paused. Even when I clean it, the dirty water tank is empty. I replaced the cleaning parts and tried wiping it down but nothing has worked so far.

Any suggestions?
