Hey everyone. I am 26d PO and got cleared on Friday to start scar care. My surgeon recommended silicone scar tape and then to also moisturize and use bio oil. I’m kinda confused on when to do what as the tape doesn’t stick over the moisturizer/oil. I wore the scar tape overnight last night and during the day today and then showered tonight and applied moisturizer and bio oil, no tape and going to sleep without the tape tonight and reapply it in the morning. Should I wash the tape and reapply? Any recommendationson if that routine is good? Also If anyone has any recommendations for silicone scar tape it would be much appreciated!
