Specifically I'm interested in finding some painting style backgrounds like the ones used in anime cells and so on. I don't know how common they are, but I'm fairly certain other artists employ them in their work and I just want to help myself practice things like lighting in depth a little more by utilizing them. Other than the CSP shop which is a little hard to find what you want, I have no idea where else to look, anything at all would be helpful beyond whether or not it has the backgrounds on looking for.
