A lot of people attending seem to be going through serious life challenges—health issues, stress, or big personal transitions. That makes me wonder: are these retreats truly delivering lasting results, or are they leaning more on hope and expectation?

I’ve been loosely following Joe Dispenza for a while, and I remember hearing that his retreats used to sell out almost instantly.

Lately though, it seems like some events are still open closer to the date (at least from what I’ve seen). Could be wrong, just an observation.

Curious if anyone else has noticed this?
Is demand slowing down, or is it just because there are more events now / different formats?

Would love to hear from people who’ve gone recently or have been following his work longer than I have.
