I have to preface this by saying I don’t even have big boobs. The issue is just how the breast density has changed with perimenopause and they are now so soft and malleable (goodbye perkiness!) that when I bend over, they started to just spill out of the cup towards the middle, brushing my nipples on the edges of my bra. WTH? I wear t-shirt bras usually, nothing revealing of skimpy. I guess I need all new bras now, despite not even filling a B cup fully. Sigh… Any suggestions on bras that fit better someone in my predicament? I hate how fast my body is changing…
