Hey everyone!

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with the program that’s being advertised by Jake Williams Fitness. I’ve been seeing it pop up quite a bit lately, and I’m curious whether it’s actually worth looking into. If you’ve tried it, what was your experience like, and would you recommend it or not?

At the moment, I feel a bit stuck trying to choose a solid bodyweight training program that I can stick with long-term. There’s just so much out there that it’s hard to tell what’s genuinely effective versus what’s just good marketing. I personally really enjoy training on gymnastics rings and prefer workouts that incorporate them as a main element.

If anyone has suggestions, feedback, or alternative programs that work well with ring training, I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts!
