I am 36 days post op and I have a flexion of around 90-100 degrees. 100 is only when PT pushes hard. Went to see the doc yesterday and he is saying if I can't reach 120 degrees by 49 day mark (2 weeks from now), he might do MUA and manually push the full range of ROM.

I am gaining 8-10 degrees of flexion every week. Now I really don't wanna do another procedure. I am doing 20 heel slides and under-desk ellipticals for flexion specifically. I have 0 degree extension though. Do you guys have any advice on what else I can do to maximize the flexion gains.

These are the pictures of my last two incisions. Never picked on the scubs, no pain or pus coming out. I only have stiffness right under these two incisions. I am gently rubbing them regularly.

Additionally, One problem is when I take hot bath, the swelling and pain increases for a few hours. Do you guys have advice for that?

I had a ACL reconstruction + meniscus repair on my right knee on 2nd April. I have a really important conference on 12th July (3months after the surgery). I have to drive from Nebraska to Detroit (around 800 miles) and come back 1 week later.

Today is 26th day post-op, I am at 80 degree flexion and can reach full extension. Feels like I am very close to limp-walking without crutches. I haven’t driven post-op as I have other people giving me rides.

Do you guys suggest me to take the trip? I need an approximation as I have to register and pay for the conference within next 2 weeks.
