I am mainly looking at Bilt Palladium and Amex Gold for the ability to connect them to Rakuten and the large accumulation of points I could get with that.
For the Amex Gold, I'd easily use at least $324 of the statement credits (dining, Uber, and Dunkin) since I already spend at those places anyway. I also have a large spend in dining/groceries. The one downside is that I feel like I could use a higher credit limit for credit utilization purposes, as I generally hover around 10-12%, which the Amex Card won't contribute to.
The Bilt Palladium is not as straightforward with offsetting the annual fee, but the ability to get points on rent (I currently pay ~1250/month), the fact that it would increase credit limit, and I've heard good things about transfer partners, which makes it an intriguing option.
I'm also open to other suggestions since I might be missing something. I've also considered the CSP since I'm already in the Chase ecosystem, but I'm not sure if it's worth opening now with the Hyatt downgrade. Thanks for your help!
