Forever After?
I am watching Schitts for the millionth time and each time I wonder about Ted and Alexis. I think their relationship was so fascinating and true to life. What was great about it was that they both realized that it wasn't a forever marriage kind of love. Love? Oh yes, very much so. But they lifted, learned, grew together, their walk down the path they took was so beautiful and memorable and it truly was deep love. But thats what was so cool is that they both grew enough to know it wasn't forever going through the trenches love. They had things in common but not things to bond except sexual attraction. The things they both were passionate about in personal career choices were very different.
