For the last 7 years I’ve been living in a townhome in Grandview and paying only $950/month. 2 stories, 2 bedrooms (spare office) plus a basement with a washer and dryer. The place is a real gem with character and gorgeous wood floors.
But my luck ran out today. My property management just sold the unit and gave me 30 days to vacate so I’m panicking.
I know I’m not going to get anything around the same price range but any suggestions on Grandview rentals with character around the $1400 range? 1 or 2 bedrooms. I’d rather not be in a new build or larger apartment building. I’m hoping to find a smaller management company who specializes in duplexes or townhomes but Zillow isn’t much help.
I’m also open to other areas like short north or brewery district but know pricing will be different.
I haven’t had to apartment shop in a while and the market is totally different now.
