Shipment blocked at Customs – Lensology not responding
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my latest order and I wanted to know if anyone else has faced something similar.
My package is currently blocked at customs in Italy. I have tried to contact Lensology via email multiple times to get this resolved, but they are not responding to any of my messages.
Has anyone else in Europe or Italy dealt with a block like this recently?
