I’m currently looking at some Holbrook XXL (my head is huge). I’m having a bit of a dilemma with selecting the correct lenses.
I’m from UK, fully blind in one eye (need to look after the other haha!), and play a lot of golf. I would like something that is a good all rounder as well - most importantly for driving when the sun is lower as going from a sunny to shaded area can be awful for me with glare (yes, I try keep my windscreen clean).
I’ve got it down to the Dark Golf lenses (for golf), with an extra set of Prizm Tungsten Polarised for every day use.
I guess my question is, is it worth the extra for the different lenses to swap out or is the difference minimal? I’d stick to the dark golf only but just a bit worried about glass/windscreen glare for driving; is it that bad? Or vice verse, shall I just stick with the Tungsten Polarised for everything? I understand the whole depth perception thing with reading greens using polarised but being blind in one eye since birth, my depth perception sucks anyway (which I’ve adapted to growing up), and I don’t mind taking them off for putting, I just need something that works well from tee to green.
Anyone got any real world experience with both lenses?
Many thanks in advance!
